Isaiah S. Umfleet is an artist, writer, and science enthusiast who has interests in other areas such as outer space and mythology. Throughout his life he has always maintained an interest in things found in nature such as animals, rocks, fossils, and of course - plants. 

His interest in writing developed after years of homeschooling and having the extra free time to pursue his hobbies and interests. An artist first, his intrigue in storytelling is linked to the fact that art tells a story. Thus, he began writing seeing it as another form of artistic expression. 

Although education has been a lifelong struggle for him, he does possess a High School Diploma granted to him after graduating from Alpha Omega Academy as well as possessing an Associate of Science degree in Integrative Studies from Indiana Wesleyan University. 

He is also a freelance artist, writer, and tutor available for hire.
